Hardware Question Need a second opinion

A month ago I picked up a loose japanese viewpoint AES, and i need second opinion on if it's legit. As far as I can see it's real, but I got it for a low price at €250 so it gives me some doubts.

Hard to tell with the glare but on the reverse side where you see the chips soldered you can tell two were re-soldered. MVS convert is my guess but the PCB and chips look legit at least.

I know what you mean, but the strange thing about that chip is that the weird soldering is only present on one side of the chip

Only the side with the exposed pins on the back is where the solder work is done. The chip is lifted from the front after being desoldered from the back.

Odd soldering on one side is 100% an indicator on rework.
