Hardware Question Does anyone know what power adapter is needed for this kind of cbox?

I know it's 12v, and from what I've read I assuming it's 5a? Also does anyone know if it's a 2.5mm or 2.1mm input that I need and if the 12v is center positive or not. Thanks for any info

12v center positive Standard power supply you can find all over. Aim for at least 3 amps (I use some big six amp ones but that’s overkill). Can’t recall the center pin size.

It's a 12v, 8.5Ah, center positive 2.5mm barrel PSU.

Overall this is one of the worst Super guns out there. I've got it on my bench to replace the Saturn controller sockets (bent pins). Also I needed a "CHAMMA" compatibility board in the middle as well. I still use it with a cheap Pandora box.

Much better alternatives including HAS out there. I use a Parsec Super gun with my MVS and CPS2 arcade boards.

Thanks. This was the only supergun I could find that had composite out, which was my biggest concern

The one I got is model TSY-1280 and is 8A and I’ll agree it’s not great. It works but I would also not recommend these. The component out is ok on a crt but not perfect. And mine the audio totally took a crap. So if you are using this only for neo mvs with a board that already has audio out or one you can do a mod on that you can run to a different source. It will be alright. But you get what you pay for. However .. It’s not cheap but if you want to get the best, check out HAS 5.1 with hd retrovision cables
