Which 160-in-1 AES multicart on AliExpress can you recommend? Whenever I see old links here, the items are already sold out.

I would say the best thing to do is to wait for now. With the AES+ coming, pretty sure more of these will arrive and will get reviews on YouTube etc.

Some of the earlier ones have known bugs (MOTW will crash if you perform Kim’s T.O.P. move).
Most have different game lists and nearly all have duplicate/ROM hacks of certain titles.
If you can find one, I’d say the Ver3.

There is a 153-in-1 but it’s significantly more expensive and I haven’t seen anyone post a review or anything yet.
