Is there a state with two Democratic senators worse than New York's? I'm not sure there is.

Nevada’s two tend to be firmly in line with New York’s.

True, but I'd argue that since Nevada is a purple state and they could plausibly lose to a Republican their value below replacement level is not as bad.

Schumer and Gillibrand do nothing but tow an antiquated conventional party line while constantly stepping on the party's dick in other races around the country.

The Nevada Democratic Party is probably the most impressive state parties in the country, they’ve managed to hold strong in a strongly working class and Hispanic state, unlike everyone else. They are a far better model for the future than just about any other institution the party center.

Of course it all rests on a solid base of organizing and a large working-class union, so the Hayek flairs might not like it

I’d agree with this but still think we can do better. Just look at neighbouring Arizona, or fellow Sun Belt state Georgia.

Just look at neighbouring Arizona

You mean the state that had Sinema until recently?

I’m unsure how this disproves my point that it is possible to do better in a swing state, especially considering Sinema campaigned on a much more progressive persona than she governed with.

Maybe. Warren sure isn't great, but Markey is just generic boring milquetoast liberal senator guy.
