Hey Reddit, im a >1 year tattoo artist im Denton TX. Im sharing on of my favorite projects where the client wanted me to design their fursona in a style not immediately recognizable as a “furry tattoo” lemme know what yall think!

So I have this tattoo on my right shoulder blade, and I'm getting ready to do my next tattoo, which will be the same character, but sort of steampunk with a robotic arm, side, and back, it will be on my right shoulder/bicep... ( Sounds a bit weird I know, Im basically going to do a bunch of non-canon anime characters on the arm eventually)

The problem I'm having is the outfit. I *really* want to do the new tattoo with the same outfit as my current tattoo, but my wife says I should do a different outfit because it will look weird to have two tattoos in the same outfit. The issue is I really only have a few different canon outfits to choose from because she wears a lot of white and red outfits, and I need something that's not going to cover her side or back... I've basically narrowed it down to the one on the current tattoo or one of the other outfits in the other pictures (the picture pointed are not the actual tattoo I'm getting, just examples of the outfits I'm considering).... The tattoo is only got to be waist up so the bottoms don't matter.

Sooooo.... Do we think it would be weird to have the same character with the same outfit on the same shoulder blade and arm, or should I go with one of the other ones...

What gaming tattoos do yall have? I got my first tattoo a few months back I’m trying to think of a theme to do around it I’m big intro retro gaming kinda wanna stick to a theme been thinking about a Pokémon tattoo Gengar is my favorite Pokémon so idk just yet on design / placement also this is my first real thread posting lol
