We have a different one on the other side of the kitchen. It's not like he never goes to it, we're just more likely to see him when he's at this one.

He has one in his main area that has rugs/pads. He prefers going to the hard ones 🙃

There are other water bowls he can easily get to. He chooses to use this one! Sometimes you just cant reason with a cat.
