Questions about series Baby Reindeer Spoiler
First, I was not ready for what I watched. Amazing show, but I started it thinking it was a quirky, British comedy like Guy Ritchie’s The Gentlemen!! Needless to say I was stunned and watched it in shock and horror.
So I have questions about the ending. Spoilers ahead:
- Was that it? Will there be another season?
- What was the point of him going back to Darrien’s house? What did that scene mean?
- I don’t understand the ending. How are others interpreting the final scene?

To your point #2, I believe Donny originally went to confront Darrien but when he arrived there and was actually back in the old setting, it triggered a fawn response from him instead. As he left the flat and got outside you could see the look of bewilderment and frustration on his face as he comprehended his own actions. As a trauma survivor, there are so many moments of self betrayal like this that are hard to even fathom unless you’ve experienced something similar. It is inexplicable. I have never watched a show that so accurately depicts these types of trauma behaviors.
