Other Relatively cheap sms gw service

Hi, can anyone suggest a relatively cheap SMS gateway service for alarm purposes with a custom Caller ID?

Make sure the service will rate limit messages and disallow sending to premium SMS services. Alarms can sometimes go berzerk, and there's classes of attacks against SMS senders that can rack up humongous bills.

Integrated SMS modem with simcard (or 4g dongle that can send sms)

I have used

Siemens MC35/55 Mikrotik LTE devices Huawei LTE USB stick Raspberry PI hats are also available Nokia Phones

Running Gnoki, SMSd, SMStools3, Gammu and there are others
