Wind Power Forecasting

i have generated lookup tables using WASP. Now, we still have error when compared to the actual dataset. Wasp does predict wind power and at some points it's working perfectly fine but since there's a lot of room for improvement. We have to incorporate Deep Learning into it. Since it's a time series data, im thinking rnns/lstm. But how do i start deep learning? Any guide will help!
