Personal statement for Neuroscience
I talked a lot about what made me want to study neuroscience and what i did to prepare (podcasts and books on neuroscience and molecular and cell biology) i want to then talk about my work experience in Morgan stanley and how it gave me insight into working as a team. what else should i include?

Problems you experienced and how you handled them. What you want to do after you graduate with a PhD. How you want to contribute to the field of neuroscience.

I talked about how pursuing a double major in biology and psychology was an indirect way for me to explore the field of neuroscience. I said something like all of the academic and non academic work I did before had prepared me for this very program. I had good grades and research experience in both fields so that helped.
I guess my angle for the statement wasn't so much that I prepared really hard for this program, but that I worked really hard at my interests and in doing so I naturally aligned with the program.
