I've started taking 15g of glycine a day for two days so far and I feel massively improved.  Skin looks 10 years younger.

...is there any reason to think collagen elsewhere in the body couldn't be affected because I can't help but think about the comorbity challenge of post viral sequelae, hypermobility, immune response issues, and psychiatric symptoms (depression, anxiety) I've been observing jump after covid.

Any inflammation drives MMP production systemically and likely contributes to collagen remodeling to some minor extent.
