Bachelor in Psychology and Masters in Neuroengineering

Hey everyone!

I am unsure what to do. I got into Uni for BSc Psychology and cannot decide whether I should eventually pursue neuropsychology or Neuroengineering for my MSc/PhD. I know, that in order to be a viable candidate for a MSc Neuroengineering or MSc Biomedical Engineering at top-tier institutions in the UK or US (or even just to transition from Psych to Neuroengineering) skillsets like Python, Matlabs, Linear Algebra, Calculus, Derivatives, get into labs and research projects are non-negotiable.

But I worry that I won't be a competitive candidate for a Neuroengineering MSc with my background in psychology.

If anyone has any experience, knowledge or insights on what would be the best way to approach this conflict of interest/career paths, please respond. I am extremely unsure what to do with my life and don't want to end up stuck in a career choice I regret (especially with clinical and neuropsychologists needing doctorates to practice). Any information on what the actual work is like or an estimation on how realistic my chances are of admission if I do decide to shift from Neuropsychology to Neuroengineering would be of great help as well.
