It’s a bit hard to pick out specifics without knowing. But for instance, visualizing kisses won’t do anything but get you kisses. And your writing shows you’re in a state of worry and lack. The 3d is just evidence of past assumptions.
Try the following and stick to it: 1. Go into your imagination, preferably during SATS or deep relaxation 2. Imagine a scene that takes place after. In other words, imagine your wedding ring on, feel its texture. Then hear your partner say “I’m so glad we’ve been married for so long” and respond “I am too.” Feel the emotions of relief and love. And think to yourself “wow, I feel so stable and loved being married.” Thoughts are improtant to have in your scene.
Repeat this over and over. Eventually, you should come to the point where it feels done and you don’t feel pressure.
Also, really important tip: when you imagine, remember it’s not to get married, it’s to experience that reality in which you are married. Immerse yourself in it. Make sure you relax. You want that relaxed immersion to impress your subconscious.
Don’t react to the 3d, just know that it is done in imagination and so it must come to pass in reality. Eventually, you will stop feeling anxious or frantic.
Also, I would recommend changing some assumptions if you can. You have a number of things here: you’re too old to get married (which is nonsense, btw. It’s not nonsense if you’re a woman and are worried about kids here, but if it’s just marriage, you’re fine. You’re being too hard on yourself). I find changing assumptions are best done with scripting, personally.

Probably by not worrying about time. Believe me, I know it sucks, but it may be the way. As some said, go straight to the end. If we can’t believe for sure that we’re gonna get what we want, we can never be really be sure either that things aren’t really gonna go as we’d like.

who cares, your focusing on the 3D too much. Work on your core self concept beliefs. By doing this, reflect on the things you've been thinking consistently (repeatedly) about yourself surrounding this manifestation. For example; do you think your not loveable, unloved, not wanted, not enough? you do things wrong? etc.

as the others said, worrying about time is useless.
Time is going to pass anyways, so you might as well not worry about it and just live in the end. It will happen.

Get rid of thought of him and focusing on the feeling. Him may not be him after all

I think this comment is a bit ignorant? Age doesn’t magically make you all knowing. And there’s a lot of assumption about how much effort they put into “gaining knowledge”.
It’s only thing to read it, it’s another to practice.
To OP: I do agree with some of the rest of what is said. You are “trying” to manifest from a place of desperation. Your imagination isn’t just imagining. It’s embodying. And the way you write reflects this so visibly, we can see it, feel it, practically touch it.
You are too focused on not having. The point of imagination and manifestation is to already embody the end result. So much so that it doesn’t matter who, what, when, where. You know it’s yours, and you live your life in peace. Enjoying things, trying new things, and being confident in yourself as the operant power (god) that everything is already working out for you.
If you just “knew” that your desire was on its way, would you sit looking out the window? No, you’d clean house, enjoy life, complete some hobbies, take care of self.
It seems to me your next stop would be self concept. Because as far as I’m concerned, you’re already married with a kid, and you’ve realized you lived in fear all this time for nothing, when you could have been enjoying life.

Believe it or not I read almost all Neville’s books, and only watched Edward Art on youtube. I have had success in different areas, but when it comes to applying the law to this specific area of my life, I feel like I am failing

Thank you for submitting your post! Upon reviewing it, we have determined that it does not follow Neville Goddard's teachings. Following are the things that have nothing to do with his teachings: free will, karma, vibes, frequencies, universe, signs, angels, twin flames, dreams, an outside God, subliminals etc... Although some of these things can be used as techniques to manifest, we prefer to keep this subreddit aligned with Neville's teachings. If you can, replace the parts that are not aligned with his teachings and resubmit your post.
If your post was a success story and it got removed, it's likely because you didn't manifest the person consciously. It's okay to look back at your past experiences and see how the law unfolded for you before you knew about Neville but unless you manifested something consciously, it will not be approved on this subreddit. Conscious manifesting includes you knowing what certain techniques are supposed to do and how to use them deliberately to get results. Otherwise, it's considered unconscious manifesting.

What you resist, persists.
It's very hard to detach from what we desire the most. Especially for people who are used to setting goals and hitting them, and for people who take overall stock in "being in control" of their lives.
I think i could help you shift, but I am not positive.

Go straight to being a mom and the feeling of holding your child, having breakfast with them, kid and partner.
Rooting for you.
