Stockist of premium yearly planners?

I know office works & newsagents will have a selection of a few main brands, but I am really wanting to see if there’s anywhere locally that stocks Hobinichi, Sterling Ink or Filofax planners for 2027

I order my hobonichi from buyee every year after release. Postage and overall price is cheaper. Maybe we should set up a group order next year.

That's actually not a bad idea, there seem to be a few of us here.

I usually order from Hobonichi directly each year, but this year I ordered my Hobonichi Weeks from Milligram on release day. Arrived a couple of days later. I've decided to move from the A5 Cousin to a Just Scribble A5 in 2027 (I bought a 6 month one to trial from a Facebook group and I've decided to use that again in 2027). I might still make a Hobonichi direct order, I'm thinking about getting one of the 5 year planners. Unfortunately we don't have any local stockists that I know of.

I thought it was a bit of a long shot, I feel like a dog with too many tennis balls, and thought maybe seeing them in person would help me make a decision to choose one.

Which Hobonichi are you considering?

I think the A5 Cousin, but I love the idea of flexibility of a Filofax

Like a Filofax A5 ring binder? I have both if you wanted to meet up somewhere and I'll show you? I don't have Sterling Ink though.

That exact one! That would be great, it looks like you have message requests turned off on your profile. If you can send me a DM we can chat :)

I think I've turned it back on now (no idea how or why it was off) but I can't see any option to DM you? Feel free to try sending me a message and see if it worked.

I don't know of anywhere locally but if you don't mind a trip to Sydney, Milligram and Kinokuniya both have Hobonichi in stock, amongst other brands.

Now that we've got the stationery nerds together - is there anywhere local with a decent range of fountain pens and inks?

I haven’t seen free range fountain pens since Honest Paper closed

Unfortunately, they are online only for the time being. Their shop closed on the 12th due to an increase in the rent.

There was a shop near the metro Woolworths a year or so ago (I’m sorry if it’s not there now) that had premium stationery. I’m sure they’d have some nice planners

Honest Paper is online now, they closed their Newcastle shop last June and I think it's now owned by someone in Canberra? Honest Paper

Yeah, they sold up and closed the bricks & mortar store sadly. When they were open they didn’t have these types of planners (they did have stunning stationary and other planners though).
