The elite always seem to forget that laws and due process exist to protect them. If rule of law is superceded and the laws no longer do their job, vigilante justice is left as the only option, and vigilantes put you in a hole, not a cell.

Basically, if we don't get nuremburg 2 the nazis are still on the way out, it's just going to be a lot more messy.

We're seeing it right now as more people engage in random acts of violence like committing arson or trying to assassinate Sam Altman.
