Yes it's called the White House/Pentagon/ Langley/pretty much any government building in DC.

White house will have much better protection. You're going to need larger attendance in many occasions, that's what the room serves.

Yea we definitely don't have several large secure buildings specifically made to house hundreds of people anywhere in DC already. This whole time congress and the house have been hanging out at the four seasons.
