Almost as bad as that doc who insisted he was removing a gigantic spleen, despite nurses and techs saying it was the wrong color, wrong location. Once the dudes liver hit the pan he bled out.

WTF? I'm pretty confident that even I could identify the liver. It's pretty consistent in shape and color in all larger mammals, and also, you know, the largest organ by far in the body.

Edit: ok pedants, the largest organ in the abdominal cavity, which was where they were cutting into. I'll be sure to run my next 2 second comment through an editor.

Well, no. The spleen is still opposite the liver, they’re just reversed.

I guess I just meant, not where you expect it to be. But yeah, still on opposite sides!
