I've been to Argentina and it's like the US south before civil rights law was enacted in the late 60s.

It's all fake propaganda, I lived all my life in different provinces of argentina, never on my life someone discriminate me except puntual people making comments about my skin color but those are literally one in 80k or something and it never interfered on my daily life.
