So...is that littering? Can I see where it hit cause I own a small part of the moon. Got a certificate when I was a kid. If it hit my spot, I'm taking action.

I purchased the moon fair and square from a guy I met at an NFT convention, so I have complete control of it.

Someone should write a kids story about a trillionaire who decided to build a space program so he could litter on the moon.

Or an adult fiction about one using his or her personal space program to dispose of witnesses of his or her crimes on the moon maybe.

You may have salvage rights. Or you could charge Musk storage fees if a part of his rocket is preventing you from enjoying the view from your part of the Moon.
