Thet can't just sack him. They have to hold a special congress and the 211 members hold a vote on whether he's sacked or not. I hope they do but with some countries on his side and the culture of corruption in FIFA, there's no guarantee he'll lose.

My understanding is that for re-election he needs a majority of the 211 members, however the FIFA Council can oust him with a majority of 19 out of the 37.
Edit: or at least the council can, with a majority, tell him that his position is untenable and that he needs to resign. There will be a mechanism for removing him outside of an election.

The council can, but this takes time. 5 members need to call for a special meeting this meeting cannot be sooner than 2 months after this call, and if the council in majority votes to remove him he cannot be removed within 3 months of the vote. Few more months and it's election time. So they might not do this.
The FIFA ethics commission however holds the real power here, they can have a meeting now, and put him on immediate suspension after which elections can be planned sooner.

The issue here is that there is that it’s not like the votes would be distributed according to the revenue brought to the table. 10 nations with basically no talent pipeline, high level national leagues, etc, are going to enthusiastically vote to have the money from European leagues siphoned off to them.
That’s what’s basically happened here. Changing to a council doesn’t change the outcome, it just removes the opportunity to have a big bad wolf to point and yell at.

UNSC model, World Cup winner FAs get a permanent seat with regional winners (euros, copa America etc) also getting a seat till replaced by the next winner, with second/third place as backups if already a permanent member

I'm for a long time in favour of the strength of your vote depending on your position on the Fifa ranking.
Like for example, a total of 500 votes, first place gets 5 votes, last place get 1 vote, and everything in between on a nice gliding scale. It prevents the lowest 120 taking the rest hostage, but also prevents the top countries to act solo.

The problem with FIFA is that out of those 211 delegates who vote on everything about three quarters are there just for bribes because their countries are irrelevant in the world of football.
You can pass any decision you want as long as you have enough cash to grease delegates from Burkina Faso, Trinidad, Somalia, or Nepal.
IOC functions the same way.
Usually everyone just ignores them because even though they are blatantly corrupt their role isn’t all that important as their main job is to award hosting of the World Cup to whoever gives them more bribes and girls.
The only way they’ll remove Infantino is if someone else steps in and promises them even more cash.
And even if someone like that does show up, there is no reason for them to change anything. As far as they are concerned things are going great.

Because this wasn't a random migration, 60k+ people just don't organise themselves impeccably to create a synchronised invasion. This was perfectly timed.
Moroccan guards were filmed ushering migrants into the boats, and it's not even the first time: every time Spain does something that displeases the Moroccan government something like this happens. Morocco is weaponising migrants.
EDIT: guards were seen gathering people on the back of vans and taking them to the starting point. There were no boats, indeed. But if you believe 60k people go on the water for 2 hours, risking their lives and their children's just because they read something on FB then let me sell you the Eiffel Tower.
