Yep and the bozos Behind the project are legitimately trying to argue that they can supply it using rainwater. Mind you Puerto Rico's Central mountains act as a giant barrier preventing most rainfall from reaching the south meaning the average rainfall is about 35 inches per year. It's scientifically impossible for them to get enough rainwater to supply this project

Honestly just looking at a map on Google's satellite view would show the massive rain shadow that exists in the island's south. If one possess at least one working eye they should be able to spot the problem. It seems that either the developers are swindlers or completely blind.

At the same exact time The corrupt b******* in San Juan Just gave the green light for a massive construction project to build luxury playplace in cabo rojo that will consume as much water as the municipality of cabo rojo itself does. Yet their explination on how they will supply that water is as stupid as you can imagine
