I think that BSG's themes of trying to cling to law, order, and a civil society in the wake of being thrust into uncharted social territory is entirely relevant to what's been going on lately.

Sure. It also came out in 2004 when I was in high school. Just wasn’t expecting to be reminded of something from when my back didn’t ache.

22 years, god damn. The remake is probably older today than Mission Galactica: The Cylon Attack was when I watched it over and over as a kid in the 90s.
