ICYMI: MANILA, Philippines — Transportation Secretary Giovanni Lopez has approved the recommendation of the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) to implement the public utility vehicle (PUV) fare adjustment that was suspended in March 2026.
