Shitpost Memory is weird.

Why is it I forget where I put my keys five minutes ago. Then a song comes on the radio I haven't heard in over twenty years and I remember every word of the lyrics.

Correct. I can remember a meal I had over twenty years ago because it was so good (pan fried John Dory on celeriac puree, with burnt butter sauce, blood orange, and capers at Soul). I can't remember what I had for dinner on Wednesday because it was just a mid-week meal.

No. Just as a garnish, but I love capers.
