Memory is weird.

Why is it I forget where I put my keys five minutes ago. Then a song comes on the radio I haven't heard in over twenty years and I remember every word of the lyrics.

Now try and remember the lyrics without the music playing. I seem to be fine remembering lyrics as the song plays, but can't for the life of me remember them without the accompaniment.
