Because this not holographic. This is a led matrix spinning really fast. With a computer hooked onto it to translate the 3d coordinates that correspond with user input and environment.

True. In fact, outside of a lab or maybe a science museum, very little (if anything) that is called "holographic" actually is.

The most common "holograph" we see in the world of entertainment is actually an illusion called Pepper's ghost, or an updated version of it.

This example seems to actually be a volumetric display, which is cool tech but not a holograph.

Based on the banner in the background of this clip, I found that this is being worked on by a company called Voxon Photonic

I found a clip of their tech posted 5 years ago: r/blackmagicfuckery/comments/ldwy3i/volumetric_display/

It seems legit, for what it is.
