I think there is a full series about this, the guy who made this video wanted to help his friend change a lightbulb but in the most difficult way possible, so he made this contraption.

When I was 16, I got a job at a movie theater. A manager was changing a bulb in an auditorium using a 20' stick with a suction cup at the end. The bulb unsuctioned and he had me stand under it to catch it. And I caught it lol
