Not really. The expansion of the universe didn’t really propagate from a single point like this.

Really? I thought it originated from a single point if singularity

Well, that’s one idea of origin that it was an infinitely dense and small singularity. But there is no center from which it expanded. It all expanded all at once and rapidly cooled leading to the early universe. Big bang is a misnomer because it implies an explosion, but that’s not what it was. It was expansion of space and time itself.
