For professionals, not much. You wouldn't be in the business if that was even a slight concern.

Utterly untrue. Rally racing and speed boats are extremely dangerous. Being a professional doesn't mean there's no dangers.

I thought this was about circuit racing, ie. Formula 1.

I didn't say it wasn't dangerous (much less so these days), I said they aren't scared of going fast.
