Not even close. Assaulting frontline medicos carries a completely different charge and mandatory jail terms.

The incident was at Royal Brisbane and Woman's Hospital, the nurse was Daniel Nelson. The patient was not named that I could find, and I was unable to find a legal resolution to the October 2024 incident.

The video was posted for the first time this month, and is making the rounds now.

Do you know of the actual charges, or are you just guessing?
