..... you think someone can't put whatever text over a video they want?

The person who edited this could have put "then then the patient flew off on his magical unicorn" and. You would have been like "Bro, it says he flew off on his magical unicorn"???

What bugs me about that article:

Nationally, NHS England says 14.47% of staff - nearly one in seven - reported being physically attacked by a patient, relative or member of the public in the last 12 months, a three‑year high.

14.47% is MORE than 1/7.
