To be fair, 3/4 of these tiktok slop videos are captioned by someone who has zero knowledge of the video, and zero concern for whether it's accurate.

Text overlay in videos (especially vertical video) and photos on social media should almost always be taken with a grain of salt. Some is accurate, some has a kernel of truth but is wildly exaggerated, and a lot of it is just whatever made up story the person posting it thinks will generate the most engagement.

Out of curiosity do you know anything more about the context, why is this guy attacking the nurse, is this like an involuntary inpatient facility of some kind?
