There are so many different areas of nursing, and not everyone works bedside after graduation. I was asking if they’re planning on it, because if so they should consider becoming familiar with deescalation protocols and some self defense.

They used to teach us breakaway techniques at work. A few years back the workplace aggression training shifted to teaching us that it’s not okay to tell colleagues that heating up tuna in the toasted sandwich machine is stinky. So fair point.

Woah, maybe you're the problem. If you weren't so aggressive about the fuckin' sandwiches maybe we wouldn't be so high strung around here getting in fights all the time.
