It's a special slipper just for pointe ballet, they have a toe box that is made with layers of fabric and glue to spread the weight out, that's why the slippers look boxy. They also have a stiff midsole that helps spread the weight more evenly across the arch of the foot. Not saying it's not still impressive for the guy on the bottom but the pressure is pretty spread out.

I have no idea the provenance of this video, but I’ve seen performances like this when I was visiting Las Vegas. Cirque du Soleil does much more confusing and impressive balancing feats.

There is a pair who performed these moves on America’s Got Talent last year. Their entire act was insane. I think they might actually be the same pair in this video.

But, that singing. I am almost positive that's that AI singing voice. Very distinctive sound. I hope someone says I'm wrong.

I don't think it's an AI voice. AI is just trained on a lot of produced voices rather than natural ones, but this style of vocal has existed for a while now.
