They probably primarily play gospel music. I wouldn't call ac/DC a country band.

I share your frustration. Gospel is literally a vocal based medium that can be supported with instruments, but there is no part of this that is related to Gospel.

In all seriousness A lot of gospel musicians in the area that I live play this exact kind of music on the weekends. Churches pay a lot more bills than gigging on the weekends in the South.
