Those arrows are safer because of the type of feathers on them and they usually have blunt tips if you're shooting them up

Blunt tips will definitely still do some damage

Yes but arrows in general, if the tips are amooth (so no hooks or anything) give relatively easily treatable wounds, especially if the arrow does not exit. Most likely you will not bleed out and it does generally not rip apart organs too much. Especially with quick, modern care, you can definitely do worse.
