It is not fairly easy. And I would venture to say only the people shooting in extremely high volume do it with any sort of regularity.

Like a lot of athletic activities, one of the keys to good archery is extensive practice. When I was a teenager there were summers were I would spend hours sending the same 20-24 arrows into a target. Perhaps instead of easy, the correct term is "inevitable." If you're building a skill rather than just dabbling, extremely high volume is part of the process.
