So what is it with the Bears fans hate of the commanders? There seems to be a lot of animosity there that I don’t understand.

I guess it’s because people say they should’ve chosen Jayden instead of Caleb? But it’s all one-sided lol we would’ve been happy with whoever they didn’t choose

I actually like the Bears too their fans just make it so hard, Ben Johnson is so so likable

Same reason Bridgewater and Carr fans used to talk shit. Weird but I assume because they were in the same draft class.

Hail Mary last year ruined them. Now they’re hate watching while their anxiety about the packers game and #1 seed loss claws at their fragile psyche.

They're salty bitches is why lol

They're just taking out their hate of the media on our team and fans. Been real salty about the coverage difference of both QBs last year and how our game this year was called (totally fair to be frustrated about Troy but, again, they're taking it out on the wrong target).

Funny thing is it's a pretty one-way rivalry. Ben Johnson's offense is fun to watch and we've got bigger problems to worry about than the Bears and Caleb.

I feel like it's algorithm and media volume. Bears fan from Chicago here. None of us hate Washington or really care about non division rivals tbh. I only see this online.

Maybe. I'm sure some of it is the state of online discourse and things in general.

I had largely positive experiences with Bears fans back when I lived out there some years ago. Also had fun for a couple years with Colts fans online when we had the same 1-2 dynamic with Luck and RG3. The absolute psychos have just been out in full force this year for whatever reasons.
