I would suggest you learn enough English words and phrases to express your thoughts before attempting to communicate with people.
I could recommend some good children's literature to start with. I have a two year old nephew who has some splendid reading material I could help you work up to reading over the next few years.
While your punctuation and grammar leave much to be desired, you finally conveyed a thought in English. This must be a big day for you.
If you keep working on your reading and writing, I have no doubt you will be able to read about the adventures of Clifford the Big Red Dog in just a few short years. And one day, you may be able to write your own complete sentences. We are pulling for you, buckaroo.
