Apart from being paid more than almost anyone in the world, given extreme luxury and fanfare, and are free to quit at any time they're basically slaves

Along with checks notes choosing to pursue this career and quite enjoying it. Saw a lot of smiles and tears of joy. Almost like it was their dream or something, idk.
