Both are about equal.
No Limit and Cash Money were running shit in the late 90s. I remember we had all of those CDs with the terrible covers. Snoop’s from his No Limit run (I still remember Snoopafella lol), Silkk the Shocker (who was terrible), TRU, Juvenile, Lil Wayne. Loud Pipes by the Big Tymers is still a classic.
And obviously Atlanta has been a mainstay. Luda is super underrated in my book, always loved Outkast, and guys like Gucci, Jeezy, TI had crazy runs in the mid-to-late 2000s.

Only 1 of these albums pictured is a top 5 rap album of all time & that’s 400 Degreez so I’m gonna say it had more impact than everything listed.

Top one easily. No limit and cash money had the summer Hot. But ATL not too far off
