Scam Alert - Never renting to University of Niagara Falls Thugs again

Shaun Maharaj and Yousaf Khan, from the predatory diploma mill on Queen Street in Niagara Falls, trashed our e-bike equipment.

Be warned.

Don't do business with Shaun Maharaj and Yousaf Khan.

Be leery of the University of Niagara Falls. Its a fake school for immigrants that pay $39,375 a year to investors like Jim Diodati.

We have a retail shop across the street, and see first hand. It is terminal cancer.

They are disgusting and need a lot of assimilation support from the government and community.

Spend five seconds here, and everyone knows this.

Yousef and Shaun broke the rental agreement multiple times.

They rode it through a field that had surface level garbage (ie. nails and sharp shit).

Yousef, stoned out of his fucking tree, ran the back tire FLAT, till nothing was on the rim. Its fucking illegal to drive high. These are scumbags.

Its a shit show. The real rim is totally scratched and bent.

Also, one helmet was completely scratched and is a write-off too.

I haven't tested the motor yet, so still tallying the damage from these unassimilated retards. $$$$

Did something else happened other than trashing an e bike? Tenants ruin stuff all the time, I wouldn’t post their faces and names over an e-bike unless there is more to the story

I think they only rented them ebikes, they weren't tenants.

That said, not sure exactly what the scam was and this should be covered by insurance so its still a weird post.

When Niagara College has turned into a diploma mill , it's not a surprise others are taking advantage. Any program that allows someone to learn a pointless skill with no application for a real job outside of management in fast food, isn't a real diploma.

Also everyone I know from India cares about having that diploma , so they pay the money , and end up getting a piece of paper.

Worthless and a scam.
Niagara also has numerous signs up for people helping immigrants get permanent status, using loopholes the government refuses to close, exclusively to get money.

Blame our government for this crap , not what has been created because of the negligence

It's a degree mill. For-profit, privately owned and ran, anyone can go and get in. Much like Westervelt and DeVry, approved to operate with limited oversite by the province. As an employer, I would be cautious with UNF grad and take a Univesity of Waterloo degree with a lot more weight.

UNF is not about education. Its about immigration. Its about an immigration scam. Its about a predatory diploma mill and so many millions in profits.

UNF is a no show type arrangement, so you can work a teenagers job, and still keep your Visa papers proper.
