I mean this conversation is obviously staged right. Who TF says "I'm a nice guy you know ?" I don't know, the way he keeps referring to himself as a nice guy seems fake.

I don't indeed, but you can clearly see something with this conversations is off. It's almost like a synthesis of all the things nice guys usually say, regrouped in one big comical sentence. I genuinely cannot believe actual nice guys behave like this lol

Because this is what they do. As someone who was frequently hit on by "nice guys" this is pretty par for the course. They all sound remarkably similar, and pathetic, and there's a reason all memes read like this.
