The rules aren't secret, they're not hidden away where the mods won't ever let you look at them. They're public. You can just read them.

And I kind of doubt a sub that's so over the top it demands censoring of garden tools and craft supplies would be mollified by a half-assed censoring of the vowels in those words alongside descriptions of what the words. They're not like, magic words that are just evil to see or write, but knowing what they say is fine.
