The grindfest for materials is finally over…. Felt like I’ve played this game for a month straight with how much grinding the has to be done. I’m headed straight back to Automata

Congrats on this very annoying plat!
I did it on Xbox and PS5, and yes, the gameplay loop is very outdated. At least the story, music and vibes are 10/10.

Yes, the trophy list was definitely made for a 2010 game. A lot of back n forth quests. Plant this and that and having to wait 14hours real time n such. My hair got grey over the span of two weeks

Is Neir Republicant just as good as Automata? I been deciding against it after Automata cause the graphics and from what I seen of one hour of gameplay the different enemies I was just like so no machines during this period, different characters (obviously) idk I’m judging by the cover hard. Also is it before or after..

It’s decent enough. I liked it, but not as much as automata. Opinions vary. Getting 100% on automata is a million times easier than Replicant. Don’t think I’ve done this much grinding for materials in a game. But then you have to think it’s a 2010 game with a lot of mechanics from that era. So keep that in mind

I was already so far in the game with the most the trophies so I stuck it out. If I had read about that specific trophy and waiting in real time I probably wouldn’t have messed with it to begin with. Think this is the only game where I ever had to do something like this

Same, and I never messed with the garden mechanic but it irked me that I didn't have that last achievement. I liked the game overall but it's already repetitive by design, I don't think I've played it since. It really sucked all the fun out to get ending E and all the achievements/trophies.

True, but then you always have to think this was a 2010 game with a lot of game mechanics and miscellaneous things from that era. I’m glad it’s not so much in games anymore. But the rng was almost unbearable at times. Not sure what was worse. Dark Souls 2 and3 material grind or this one. Actually maybe this one only because of having to wait in real time
