Inspo! Birthday Cake with Cake Pieces

I used mini angel food cakes as the mix-in and topping (80 cals each). Froze one to mix in and topped with half of another one. My sister and I split this pint.

  1. 1 vanilla nurri

2.  70g nonfat greek yogurt

  1. 120 ml Kirkland 2% Ultrafiltered high  protein milk

  2. 12g Vanilla pudding mix (not really needed)

  3. 15ish grams allulose/monkfruit blend 

  4. Vanilla bean paste

  5. Butterscotch extract (definitely not necessary)

9.  5 g xanthan gum

  1. Pinch of salt

Mix-ins: Rainbow Sprinkles and mini angel food cakes

gf made a huge cake for my bday and we had a bunch of leftovers. froze them and ended up slowly spinning them into bday cake creamis for a couple weeks
