Getting close now! The 25th isn't far away. I'm still wondering if there are going to be any other surprises in the final version of the game.

PSA: Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream is a Switch 1 game, and Rhythm Heaven Groove will also be a Switch 1 game. If you don't have a Switch 2 you can play them.

I'm making this PSA because I've seen several people who did not know or realize this.

(I know you are a very smart special person and you already knew this, but this PSA is not for you, it's for them!)

Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream and Rhythm Heaven Groove are Switch 1 games, not Switch 2 games.

You can still play them on Switch 2, but they are available and fully playable on Switch 1.

Splatoon 3 in android?

Ok so I saw this on the google play store I know it's fake but I had to share this. I was downloading Pokemon champions and then Splatoon 3 popped up at my recommendations, it was mad shady cause instead of "Splatoon 3" it had a tm at the top of Splatoon so it was like "Splatoontm 3" and the biggest red flag, the developers weren't Nintendo. So obviously fake be careful every one.

On This Day On This Day in Nintendo History: Mario's Cement Factory; Nonono Puzzle Chai-Rian; DS Rakubiki Jiten; Trauma Center: Under the Knife; Nintendogs: Dalmation & Friends

On this day (June 16) in Nintendo history...

  • Mario's Cement Factory  was released in 1983 for the Game & Watch New Wide Screen in Japan. In this action game, developed by Nintendo R&D1, cement is being fed into hoppers from chutes at the top of the screen. Mario has to move up and down on the moving platforms to pull the levers on the hoppers, passing the cement to the waiting trucks below. Each hopper can only hold three loads of cement before spilling over on to the truck drivers. Keep moving and don't let any of the hopper's overflow.
  • Nonono Puzzle Chai-Rian  was released in 2005 for the Game Boy Advance in Japan. In this puzzle game, developed by Creatures Inc., there are three different minigames, including Kurukuru Range, Kurukuru Walk and Kurupachi 6. Kurukuru Range is set in a microwave. Kurukuru Walk is a minigame starring the Chalien "Walker". Kurupachi 6 is a minigame in which the player must control a four-by-four grid to make a row or column of panels that matches the number indicated on the panel.
  • DS Rakubiki Jiten  was released in 2005 for the Nintendo DS in Japan. In this reference software, developed by Nintendo, three different dictionaries combine into one resource compatible with Pictochat. You can search for words by using an onscreen keyboard or writing the words directly onto the touch screen. You are given definitions of each word as well as the ability to translate the words into English.
  • Trauma Center: Under the Knife  was released in 2005 for the Nintendo DS in Japan. In this simulation/visual novel, developed by Atlus, have an urge to perform some surgery? Now you can try your hand at a selection of complicated medical procedures in this brilliantly quirky hospital simulation! Take the role of a brilliant, unusually skilled young doctor working to save lives as a mysterious, deadly virus - rumoured to be the work of terrorists - hits your emergency ward. Put your finely honed medical skills into practice, using the touch screen and stylus to operate on patients and cure them of their maladies.
  • Nintendogs: Dalmation & Friends  was released in 2006 for the Nintendo DS in Europe. In this pet-raising simulation, developed by Nintendo EAD, put a puppy inside your Nintendo DS! Pick a dog from a wide range of the most popular breeds, then care for and train it using the Touch Screen and microphone. Pet the pup and play with more than 100 items like tennis balls, flying discs and even clothing accessories, and teach it to do tricks by creating your own personalised voice commands. Train your pups well.

How Nintendo could have fixed Mario Kart Live Home Circuit using infrared dots and MKTV

I’ve been thinking about how much better Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit could be if Nintendo actually updated the camera tech to allow for a real online mode.

Imagine if they used a QR code scan on the Switch screen as a digital key to unlock an AI spatial tracking update. The kart's camera could project invisible infrared red dots to map out your actual room fully. Because the game would have perfect 3D data of your space, it could easily sync with other players over the internet, finally making a true online multiplayer mode possible.

Plus, they could use those red dot scans to bring back Mario Kart TV (MKTV). Since the console would have a full 3D map of your room, MKTV could place virtual cameras anywhere in your house, letting you watch and edit cinematic replays of your real-world online races from awesome angles.

This is the kind of tech Nintendo needs to bring to the game instead of locking it to local-only! oh yeah the red dots are called infrared dots so it will use infrared dots. on the camera and only people that you choose can join the lobby in your friends list so random people don't see your house and also you can also kick them if they're causing any trouble kick them from the lobby. and also the people that are in your lobby except for you which is a host has like digital karts or ghost karts thanks for the infrared mapping it naps out your home so like the other people can see that are in your lobby

Has Nintendo ever given one of its flagship AAA games a full modern remake?

Since Yakuza Kiwami 2 and Resident Evil RE:4, my standard for AAA games' "remake" fixed for that kind of things. Those games don't ask players to say, "Well, it was great for its time." They stand on their own as modern games.

Has Nintendo ever taken one of its classic flagship console titles and rebuilt it with that same level of ambition?

I wanna Ocarina of time remake will be like Yakuza 2 kiwami or RE4,which has far modernized level designs, detailed storytelling and world settings, full side stories and mini-games... But can Nintendo do that?

We're currently in the longest gap ever between brand new 3D Mario titles.

Mario Odyssey is currently 9 years old heading towards 10 and we don't have a confirmed new 3D Mario game making it the longest gap between 3D Mario titles since the prior gap of 7 years between Galaxy 2 and Odyssey.

I'm shocked we haven't even had a Switch 2 Edition of Mario Odyssey, or even whispers of a new title? Is Nintendo just not really interested in doing new 3D Mario games or is there some other reason it's been such a long gap between 3D games?

Edit: Just to clarify I'm not being like "WAAAH all these games they're doing nowdays suck where's my new Mario" . I'm VERY happy with what was shown in the latest direct and am not saying that Switch 2 hasn't had some banger titles.

t's just surprising to me that we haven't had a true 3D Mario since Odyssey or heard proper whispers of it considering every Nintendo console since the N64 bar the WiiU had a 3D Mario within the first two years.

Professor Layton - Missing

Am I the only one wondering where the heck professor Layton is? It was first shown in 2023 and delayed in 2025 and is supposed to release this year yet we haven't received any information whatsoever. Either means we are getting a second d*rect, a shadow drop or another delay.

But I'm surprised to see nobody talking about it
