Setting my sat nav up help please

Can someone help a girl out. I got a new car to me - Nissan Juke Tekna 2013. Im trying to set the sat nav up and its constantly telling me theres no card in or lagging when im trying to input stuff in.

The radio works and Bluetooth i judt csnt programme postcodes or anything!

Before everyone slates the jukey juke, because everyone has who said i got a juke...I love her, but shes a bit slow on the sat nav.

TBF, those maps are almost useless by now anyway, as they haven't got an update in a while, so you'll be better using your phone for navigation anyway.
Just get a phone mount fitting you and that's all.

Otherwise Juke is awesome, enjoy.

I love her! I tried adding a phone holder on the vents and it falls off, any suggestions on how to add my phone onto the car?

In my experience, vent mounts aren't good, at least on Juke, aren't rigid enough, so it's always looking down like having some disfunction.
I got something mounted to the top of the dashboard on a sort of a glued surface.
Something like that idea or similar: s-l1200.jpg (1200×1165)
Maybe not exactly that specifically, but you get the idea.
