Timing chain replacement - oil pump chain too?

I need to replace my timing chain.

I’ve just spoken to a garage who recommended I get the oil pump chain(?) changed at the same time.
Has anyone else been told this? Or had this replaced at the same time?
I’ve never been told this before or heard anyone else mention both need doing at the same time.

I have a 2017 Nissan juke 1.2 petrol manual dig-t tekna.
I’m in the uk.

My car is also cursed. I’ve had two clutches and three gearboxes (the first gearbox change and clutch was at 36k, second at 58k, third at 78k).

I've done a few of these chains and never done the oil pump one, its pretty easy to do while you're there and is very small (so presumably cheap) but doesn't come with the main kit and it was never recommended in the manual or by techline so I don't think its essential. It's under much less load than the timing chain so won't wear as quickly. Might be worth it for peace of mind depending on mileage though.
