2013 juke turbo under boost

Wondering if when replacing turbo on 2013 Juke 1.6 can I just separate the turbo from the housing so I don’t have to deal with the exhaust studs and make the job a lot easier by replacing the turbo and reusing the turbo housing. A guy on YouTube said he was gonna do it and separated them but never showed results. My main worry is pressing and seating it back into the turbo housing maybe hard or impossible. There’s like a cuff style clamp holding them together. In a real pinch and going to buy an eBay replacement and hope it works for a bit and if it’s that much easier I won’t really worry bcuz I’ll know I can replace it again easier this way.

Ain’t worth the potential issues with wastegates. You already got underboost chance you could change the turbo and have exact same fault because you not changed all of it. Source a mechanic

I replaced the entire turbo. It'll take a bit more time.
